My entire experience with jan was fantastic. From the beginning her knowledge of the market, her patience and understanding of the emotions involved in this process was always reassuring. I was also extremely impress with her marketing plan to get the house sold. To me the most important aspect was her continual communication with me during the entire process... her attention to detail in the presence of the home, respect of parties involved (current tenants) in showings, open houses and regular feedback from those that viewed home was soooo very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Jan Kabbani!!!....Soooo professional, knowledgeable and makes the experience very smooth!!!
