Jan sold my home in 2016. Jan (and/or her assistant, Carol) was present for every showing. That gave me peace of mind about letting strangers into my home, and it enabled her to provide real feedback from buyers about the showings. Jan was extremely responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts, and she followed through on her promises. She put together excellent marketing materials that included a detailed floorplan and professional pictures. She and Carol were present for the picture taking and brought decorations for extra staging. Jan handled a difficult negotiation expertly, pointing out details in the contract terms that I may not have picked up on. She was also present for all inspections and buyer walkthroughs. A few complications arose just prior to closing after I had already moved across the country. Jan communicated with me constantly during that time and made sure everything went as scheduled.
