This sale involved an east coast personal representative selling a home for an estate. The seller was not very familiar with the property nor knew the background details that a normal seller would know. Jan Kabbani did a masterful job of presenting and showing the home. She did not lose patience with the 3 hour time difference and the lack of pertinent knowledge of the property. She was professional and responsive.
